Hello ladies! Hows your weekend going? We are going to deviate from the usual today. In as much as its interwoven tho! Coz really, clothes woudnt sit well on you if you dont take care of the carrier which is the body.
Lately, i discovered im adding so much and it scares the hell outa me! I decided to werk this! If you follow me on instagram "@ellasucre" you will see ive been working hell out at they gym. Good stuff innit?
Aside keeping fit, here are my food routine. I was a size 12 when i started 3weeks ago, and now im a 10. Im aiming at size 8.
To get that dream size and that flat tummy and shedding off some flesh, one needs to do away with heavy foods, hence a light food like wheats are higly recommended. Doing away with ground and palm oil is also very essential. Almond oil, Pam and vinegar are the best substitute.
Green tea is also right in a weight loss. Im of that Zero opinion of taking artificial products which is all over the town now. I will recommend this lipton green tea for its naturality. You might as well squeeze lemon in it seldomely for a different taste.
The ballerina tea should be taken at night coz it washes the tummy.
Here is what i had for breakfast this morning. Its really filling if you can have this much with a green cup of tea.
Much later, i blended kiwii, apples, banner and grape. I refrigirated a bit and had for an appetizer.
Then hit the gym! It can never be better without it.
