Waisted Band on Lace

Hello everyone. Happy Monday. I'm dawn with malaria and I kind of felt I just have to post this. 

I have had this top and skirt in my closet for a while now, why I haven't worn it is beyond me. My friend said the top looks more gorgeous in live than in picture and I recon.
